Morning Parking at Drop Off
Please can we ask parents not to park on the street at morning and afternoon drop off or pick up. Please just drop and go.

Please do not park near the crossing, it blocks the view of drivers and pedestrians.

For parents who do need to park at drop off, between 8.20am and 8.40am DSKI families can park in the TOHO supermarket car park free of charge. A big thankyou to them.

Please understand though that TOHO has agreed only on condition it doesn't cause any inconvenience to their operations with delivery trucks - so please only use the parking bays. If it is full, please use the Times car park opposite the school.

Christmas at DSKI
A big thankyou to our PTA volunteers who came in this week to set up all the tree and all our decorations! The school is looking very festive and ready for the tree lighting which all students will enjoy on Monday.

We would also like to thank the Morita family who have very kindly donated a new tree to the school - many thanks!

Please save the date - our Christmas market will be on the 16th December, we will publish the itinary next week.

Kobe Farm - Experience Rural Life
----Registration Closing Monday 7th----
11th November
4.15pm - 5.30pm

We are very happy to announce a new collaberation between DSKI and Kobe city. The city has a farm on the other side of Rokko Mountain, you can see the location here.

They will be holding farm festivals at different times of the year and we have been invited to take part. Our students can harvest and prepare food, together with the local students and residents - so a great way to experience life in a rural area of Japan. You can see more photos on Instagram here.

If we have enough people, Kobe city will provide transport there and back, departing school at 3.30pm.

ESL Parent Cafe
Thank you to all parents for the interest in our recent parent cafe about our ESL Programme.
