Foreign Schools in Hyogo Music Performance

Kobe Korean Elementary and Junior High School
Our school is invited to the annual music event for the foreign schools in Hyogo Prefecture and we are hoping that our Grade 3 & 4 students can join this event to represent our school this year.
The event will be held:
Date: 23rd February, 2019 Saturday
Time: Opening at 10:00 The performances will finish around 12:00
Venue: Kobe Korean Elementary & Junior High School（神戸朝鮮初中級学校）
The detailed schedule of the event has not been confirmed yet. The attendance for this event is NOT mandatory but it will be fantastic if your child can join in to represent our school community. The host of the event this year will provide us some snacks (2 rice balls and a juice) at the end of the event.

Marketing Group
We are looking for anyone in our community who would be interested in joining a school marketing group. If you have experience in marketing or just interested to help out please come and join!
School Reports and Three Way Conferences
We will be sending out our student report cards on Friday the 1st of February. We will be making a change this year by sending them as a pdf document and not as a printed report. This is due to our move to becoming a more paperless school and of course it is better for the environment.
We do understand that reports are needed for applications to schools and so any family who needs a signed and stamped paper copy can ask at the school office and we will provide one.
You will soon be receiving invitations from your homeroom teachers to sign up for a time to join your child and teacher for a progress meeting. For parents new to the school we call this a three way conference as it is for you and your teacher but also your child to join the conversation. We hope you enjoy the experience!
