After School
Please do make sure your child is supervised after school on our campus. Parents are responsible for the well being of their child after 3.30pm and we want to make sure all are safe. Please also just be aware that if a child from another school comes onto our campus, our insurance will not cover them.
We do have an easy solution, join our supervised After School Care Club!

Books For Free
September 16th
We have a number of books in our library which are teen reads or just out f use, which we would no longer need in school. We will leave boxes of books out in the main entrance area, please help yourself!
Sports Day
September 16th
The school will celebrate Sports Day on Monday, September 16th. All students will arrive at the regular
time to school. At 9:00am all parents are invited to follow their children around during the sports events.
EY students will start on the playground, PS-Gr.6 will be on the green field located south of the school.
Sports Day 9:00 – 12:30 Green Field (PS-Gr. 6), School Playground (EY)
Please ensure your child has a drink bottle, sun hat, sunscreen, sports clothes (school polo or shirt),
warm and running shoes.
Lunch & Award Ceremony 12:45 – 13:15 School playground
Please pack a bento lunch for yourself and your children. Families will gather on the school playground
to eat lunch at the end of Sports Day. Please do not forget to bring a picnic mat to sit on.
Afternoon Care Program 13:15 – 15:30 School playground - Optional
Students are free to leave with parents at 13.15 but you can to join our afternoon programme of
various sports, music and Japanese activities.
Please note that Sports Day will be postponed to September 23rd if it is raining.
We will inform you by email in case of poor weather.
