Student Lounge and Technology
Many thanks to our PTA for the new student lounge you can see on the second floor.
Students can choose areas outside the classroom to work whilst still remotely connected to the teacher, and to help do this we have our new space. Opening soon when the student council have worked out the operating rules!
We have also decided to update all of our laptops, to new chromebooks and tablets. We will be buying them in collaboration with Canadian Academy, so students who move to CA will already be able to use the same computers, so making the move much easier.
Our aim here at DSKI is to have a 1-1 laptop programme for grades 4 to 6 and a 1-2 laptop programme for pre-school to grade 3.

Club Introduction Assembly

We will be introducing our new club offers soon for the second semester.
Please come along to our assembly and you can see an introduction to each club by the club teacher and ask them any questions you may have!

Music Programme Parent Cafe

By request, we will run the music parent cafe again for people who didn't get a chance to attend the first time.
Please do come along and see what our new music concept looks like and have some hands on fun!
Grade 4 Assembly

We will be sending our the 1st semester report cards on the 31st of January via email. We are moving towards paperless communication, and it worked very well when we used the electronic format last school year.
The first week of February we will have our parent teacher conferences, and you will receive an invitation from your homeroom teachers shortly.
