16/17th March
We will be taking our class and portrait photos for the yearbook, many thanks to Ms Brabeck for volunteering!
We are very pleased to announce plans for the area behind the multipurpose room building.
In a joint collaboration between school and PTA, we have a committee of volunteers, 3 staff and 3 PTA representatives who have been doing a lot of work the last few months to come up with a plan for how we can develop the land area behind the MPR (please see the photo).
It will be an area we can use as an outdoor classroom, for recess and play, and for use by all students in school. You can see in the pictures the land layout and the playground equipment we will purchase.
We will arrange a parent cafe in the near future where you can hear details about the development and how it will be used. We will also be involving the students in the project.
The committee has done a really fabulous job of making a plan, well done team!
We would also like to thank Mr and Mrs Moriishi for their extremely generous donation to the school which will pay for the playground equipment. It is very kind of them and we are very happy to receive it and for the support to school. Thankyou!
