Student Wellness
We are happy to let you know that during the week of 31st October after the break we will be hosting Mr Didier Hartmann (from CrossPhysio) as part of our student wellness programme.

He will be running a session in each of our primary classes, talking to the students about good posture and doing some simple exercises as well as how to do some stretching if sitting for a long time.

We are also pleased that he will do a posture and exercise wellness class with our staff.

We are always happy when parents come in and assist us. If you would like to discuss ideas, please dont hesitate to get in touch.
