Carnival
Monday 20th February
Just a reminder that Monday is carnival day - we have a programme of games and events for all the students. Each section will take turns having their carnival starting with early years in the morning (9.15am - 10.15am), lower primary before lunch (10.45am - 11.45am) then upper primary in the afternoon (2.20pm - 3.30pm).

Please dont forget the student costumes! Students may come to school in their costume or bring it in a bag and change, we will have costume changing facilities.


Please note it will be lessons as normal when your child is not at the carnival event and swimming will be as normal in the afternoon for preschool and Grade 2.

For Early Years and Lower Primary Parents (PreK - G2)
Come and see what the older children are doing

We would like to invite our early years (Prek - K2) parents to come and see what students do in our primary school and also our lower primary (Preschool - G2) families please come and take a look at our upper primary classes to see what the students get up to every day.

You can see some lessons, meet the teachers and see what your child will do when they move up!

We know choosing a secondary school is a very big decision and so to help you in this process we are happy to announce the following dates for parents interested in Canadian Academy and Marist Brothers secondary schools.

DSKI Book and Culture Week 2023

March 13 - 16

"Bringing diverse people together in creating a united DSKI culture"


Read a book, cook a dish, play games, teach a dance or make crafts from your country with DSKI students and teachers. Let us celebrate different cultures, diversity and internationalism at DSKI through books and fun activities!
